Coated with NC varnish, the pieces are not easily damaged by water in the short term, though prolonged exposure to damp or watery environments is not recommended, as bamboo is prone to mold in high-temperature, high-humidity conditions. Regarding the safety of the NC varnish, you can feel confident as it is a widely used, safe furniture coating, especially after the solvents used in production have evaporated during our meticulous two-month delivery process.

While natural bamboo furniture can generally be painted, some products contain MDF parts that cannot be painted. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific details. Our over-the-toilet storage solution, for example, is made of natural bamboo wood with a solid color finish that will seamlessly match any existing decor. The surface is varnished, making it smooth, burr-free, and waterproof. Measuring 32.7" W x 11.8" D x 65.2" H and holding up to 129 lbs, the bottom shelf is situated 35.8" from the floor, accommodating standard toilet sizes. The tiered design provides ample room for organizing toiletries, tissues, towels, potted plants, and other bathroom essentials, with 2 fabric drawers and 2 open shelves for convenient storage. Four adjustable foot pads keep the over-toilet storage shelf stable, even on uneven ground, while protecting your floor. Side and rear fences on each tier prevent items from falling, and the included anti-tip devices ensure stable and safe storage.

To install the shelf unit, assemble all parts except the bottom crosspiece. Then, place the assembled shelf unit over the toilet and add the bottom crosspiece to secure and stabilize it. With a wipe-clean surface, the over-toilet storage is easy to maintain, and the complete hardware and instructions make for a straightforward assembly process.
